Job Title: Software Application Support EngineerLocation: Tucson AZ Duration: 12 months Pay rate : $42 hourly on W2Short Description:Seeking a tech-savvy professional to support R&D enterprise tools, drive automation, and improve operational efficiency for global scientists and engineers.Key Responsibilities:Execute and fulfill R&D system requests (e.g., Document Management, LMS, Project Tools)Provide timely, empathetic technical support and troubleshootingAct as SME for one or more complex business applicationsIdentify manual processes and apply automation, scripting, or AI to reduce administrative burdenEnsure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness.Required Skills & Experience:3–5 years in operations, technical support, or system administrationBachelor’s degree (Technical, Scientific, or Business discipline preferred)Strong English written/verbal communicationAbility to quickly learn new systems and toolsExperience with data structures, databases, automation, scripting, or AI prompt engineeringPreferred: SAP, Cornerstone, Google Suite, Office SuitePreferred degrees: Software Engineering, IT, Computer Programming, Computer Science
