Client Services Engineer
Overview Our client is seeking a Desktop / Client Services Engineer to provide high-touch, white glove support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and thrives in client-facing settings, preferably within financial services or trading environments. This is an onsite position based in New York City, NY. Starting at $35/hour.
Responsibilities Provide hands-on desktop support for end users, including executives and trade floor personnel
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows environments
Support and manage endpoint technologies including SCCM and Intune
Assist with Citrix environments, including user access and performance troubleshooting
Deliver white glove support with a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness
Support and maintain trading systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, and CXL
Qualifications At least 5 years of professional IT support experience
Experience supporting financial services environments or trade floors preferred
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, SCCM, Intune, and Citrix
Familiarity with trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, or similar tools
Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
