Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager required to join a leading filtration solutions provider based in North Texas.The successful Business Development Manager will work remotely, covering North Texas, with a focus on growing sales and managing key accounts within the oil and gas sector, specifically offering filtration products for upstream and downstream processes. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced filtration solutions, such as filters for hydraulic, oil, gas, and water filtration systems, tailored to the needs of the oil and gas industry.PackageSalary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience)High Bonus SchemeMobileLaptop401(k)Health BenefitsPTOPhone and LaptopBusiness Development Manager / Area Sales Manager /Sales Leader RoleManage and develop new business within the oil and gas industry, specifically focusing on filtration solutions such as filters for oil, gas, and hydraulic applications.Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, engineers, and procurement teams within upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.Drive sales growth through identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and promoting products tailored for the filtration needs of oil and gas companies.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product delivery and high-quality after-sales service.Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic goals for the region.Based in North Texas, covering the regional market with occasional travel as needed.Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager /Sales Leader, RequirementsExperience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Regional Sales Manager.Strong knowledge of filtration products, specifically within the oil and gas industry, including filtration for hydraulic, oil, gas, and water systems.Proven track record of success in sales and business development, ideally within the industrial, oil, and gas filtration sectors.Technical background or knowledge of filtration systems or related mechanical engineering products (e.g., pumps, valves, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics).Strong customer-facing skills, ability to build long-term relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.A technical qualification (HNC, HND, or degree) would be advantageous.Full clean driving license required.Home-based role with the ability to travel across the North Texas region.
