Principal Electrical Engineer (Simi Valley)

Looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead development, design, system integration and maintenance of our embedded hardware platforms for Space Orbital Missions, Lunar Missions, Aerospace and Defense projects. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus! Bonus amount will be based on experience, qualifications, and role requirements. Payout terms and eligibility will be discussed during the offer process.Responsibilities include:Develop and oversee micro-controller operated digital and analog electronics in accordance with established company methodologies and processesLead root cause corrective actions tasks, as assignedLead recommendation and implementation of hardware solutions and improved practicesGuide engineering, packaging and board layout activitiesLead feedback discussions on hardware requirements related to design, time, feasibility, etc.Provide guidance and expertise to other team members to help develop complete systems (hardware and software)Perform product design and development activities with a high degree of independence and creativity.
