Enterprise Risk Manager

Enterprise Risk Manager, responsible for full-time management of enterprise-wide risk frameworks, policies, and program capabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and the company's risk appetite. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and standards Assist in the design and refinement of risk appetite metrics and key risk indicators Drive execution and continuous improvement of enterprise risk programs and governance materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, risk management, or related field; master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in risk management functions and knowledge of risk management frameworks Ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for research and analytical workflows
