As a Program Manager II within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO. We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager II to lead complex, high-impact programs within Corporate Functions Technology, with a strong focus on the Risk domain. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance risk management capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong risk background, experience managing large-scale programs ($5M$15M), and proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs within the risk domain, ensuring alignment with corporate risk strategies and regulatory requirementsManage program budgets, including resource planning, forecasting, and financial trackingPartner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define program objectives, success metrics, and execution roadmapsDrive cross-functional collaboration across technology, risk, compliance, and corporate functions teamsOversee Agile program execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery trackingUtilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Suite to manage timelines, dependencies, and reportingIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and governanceSupport continuous improvement of program management practices within the risk technology spaceKey QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong program management experience, preferably within risk, compliance, or corporate functions technologyProven experience delivering programsExperience managing large-scale programsStrong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and regulatory environmentsHands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)Experience engaging with and presenting to senior leadershipExperience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare)PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
