What you'll doPerform highly skilled construction tasks such as loading, delivering, excavating, and operating advanced equipment for underground projectsInstall and maintain complex underground telecommunications cable with precision and adherence to project specificationsOperate and inspect construction equipment to ensure safety and reliabilityCommunicate clearly with team members and supervisors to align on project objectivesComplete and submit detailed daily production reports to track progressAssist with site restoration efforts, including final grading and landscaping, to meet client expectationsFollow safety protocols and comply with company policies and regulationsCollaborate with Level I laborers as needed to support projectsWork in all weather conditions to meet project deadlinesPerform other duties as assigned What you'll needAt least 18 years of ageAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience2+ years of experience operating construction equipment, utility trucks, or performing similar tasksStrong ability to work independently and contribute in team environmentsWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as neededAbility to work safely in all weather conditionsEffective communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approachPhysical abilities & exposuresRoutinely: work alone in remote locations and confined spaces with arms above shoulder level. Operate vehicles and heavy machinery.
