We are currently seeking motivated General Laborers to support a mining client in a dynamic production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to work in a hands-on mining setting.Position SummaryThe traveling General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks that support daily mining site operations. This role assists equipment operators, maintenance personnel, and site supervisors with general site cleanup, material handling, equipment support, and other labor-intensive duties necessary to keep operations running safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general physical labor duties in support of mining operationsAssist with site cleanup, shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal around work areasSupport equipment operators and maintenance crews as neededLoad and unload materials, tools, and suppliesMaintain safe, clean, and organized work areasFollow all mine site safety rules, procedures, and MSHA regulationsIdentify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptlyUse hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectivelyComplete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support production needsQualificationsPrevious labor experience in mining, construction, industrial, or outdoor environments preferredAbility to perform physically demanding work in rugged outdoor conditionsMSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required)Strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamReliable transportation and dependable attendance requiredFlexibility to work day shift, night shift, weekends, and overtime as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather, dust, noise, and uneven terrainMust be able to wear required PPE at all times on site
