We are based in Miami, Florida, and have over 90 years of experience in the industry.Position SummaryKalorik is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination of new and existing product launches to market. Successful candidates will be intimately familiar with the Kalorik product line and be the main point of contact for any product-related questions. You must be adept at communicating cross-functionally with personnel from all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage all the project launches on Monday.comDetermine the product's main selling points in conjunction with the Insights and Brand teams and support Sales and Marketing Departments with accurate product information and assets to optimize the products' presentation to distribute to customers and end consumers on products launched by the company.Hold all stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables, and provide prompt updates in case of deviation with the original project schedule.Collaborate with Marketing on all artwork creation needed for the productions in China, and issue print-proof approvals to suppliers.Ensure that products in the assigned line follow all current norms and local safety requirements.
