Role- Java Enterprise ArchitectLocation- Onsite in Chicago, IL (3 days a week from Riverwoods office)Comp- 140-160k range + benefits and 401KWe are ok with H1 transfer as well but would prefer GC and Citizens Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architectureKnowledge of business re-engineering principles and processesKnowledge of network architecture, client/server processing and object-oriented analysis and designStrong analytical and technical skillsAbility to balance the long-term and short term implications of individual decisionsAbility to translate business needs into solution architecture requirementsAbility to apply multiple solutions to business problemsAbility to comprehend rapidly the function and capabilities of new technologiesStrong leadership skillsPresents persuasively and authoritatively to peers and senior leadership, while facilitating collaborative conversationAbility to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates, and external vendorsExceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiationStrong planning and organizational skills Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Payment integration, card payment processing and authorizations / authentication experience in the payments and financial services industry, preferably in bankingExperience with integration of the payment hubs with core banking systems, fraud and risk systems, sanctions screening, and money movement railsExperience with Microservice based architecture, designing enterprise services or integration capabilities using REST APIs and event-driven technology as well as leveraging native Cloud services (Azure & AWS)Experience in Cloud, Data, DevOps, Domain Driven Design, DevSecOps, Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF), and AgileExperience with Risk, Regulatory, and Compliance associated with payment processing and security across layers (OAuth2/3, encryption, SSL)Strong expertise within Payments in the Banking space including ACH, Wires, PEP+, RTP, FedNow, Zelle, Card Networks, Payment Gateway, Payment Orchestration layers and working with payment vendor solutionsPayments domain expert with thorough knowledge of Payment Transactions including Issuing, Acquiring, and Processing, SO20022, ISO8583, PCI DSS, ISO20022 standardsStrong hands-on working experience on Processor platforms/Certifications, Payment Hub and Card networks, and ACH Originators.Thorough knowledge of POS, Payment terminals, Card Present & Card Not Present, Mobile Deposits, Digital payments, mobile deposits, BNPL, Wallets and other payment channels & financial transactions
