In addition to creating relationships with future and current residents, you will have the opportunity to use your creative talents and business sense to create and implement marketing programs, host resident events, and create the overall community experience. If you are passionate about customer service and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of our residential properties to include but not limited to:Office management and general administrative duties;Marketing the property to its full potential in accordance with company selection criteria and Fair Housing Laws including conducting tours for prospects and processing applications;Communicating with prospective renters and current residents in person, by phone or email. Strong follow-up of leads;Processing rental applications and lease renewals;Assisting in hosting community activities for residentsWhat We’re Looking For1+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Must have IREM ARM certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must be organized with strong computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) (required) and property management software (preferred).Reliable transportation required.
