Process Engineer

Overview In this role you apply engineering principles to establish and improve manufacturing processes and products, contributing to safer, higher-quality, and more productive plants. You will work within Manufacturing Process Engineering to drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead process audits, ergonomic actions, and root-cause investigations, shaping scalable processes for Trim and Chassis Assembly. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact Ford’s production systems and mobility ambitions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
