Project Executive

We are partnered with a leading West Coast general contractor to identify a Project Executive to support the continued growth of their Seattle operations. This organization is recognized for delivering complex, technical projects across life sciences, healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, and commercial environments , with a strong reputation for collaborative delivery and repeat client relationships.This role will provide strategic leadership across multiple concurrent projects and project teams while supporting client engagement, preconstruction strategy, and operational execution across the region.Base Salary: $225,000 – $265,000Position OverviewThe Project Executive will oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex construction projects from early planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with client expectations, schedule performance, safety standards, and financial objectives.This individual will play a key leadership role supporting project teams while partnering closely with operations and preconstruction leadership on negotiated opportunities and repeat-client programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight across multiple concurrent projects and project teamsLead project strategy from preconstruction through execution and closeoutSupport business development efforts alongside senior leadershipStrengthen and maintain long-term client relationships across technical project sectorsGuide project teams on risk management, schedule strategy, and cost controlPartner with preconstruction teams during budgeting and pursuit phasesMentor Project Managers and emerging operations leadersEnsure projects align with company safety, quality, and operational standardsSupport delivery of negotiated and collaborative delivery projectsParticipate in regional planning and operational forecastingProject TypesTypical projects delivered by this group include:Life sciences laboratoriesHealthcare facilitiesHigher education environmentsAdvanced technology and mission-critical infrastructureComplex tenant improvements and technical interior buildoutsRenovations within occupied environmentsIdeal Candidate Background15+ years of experience in commercial construction leadership rolesExperience overseeing multiple concurrent projects or programsBackground delivering technical projects such as healthcare, lab, higher-ed, or advanced interiors strongly preferredProven ability managing client relationships and negotiated work environmentsExperience mentoring Project Managers and supporting team developmentStrong understanding of preconstruction strategy and cost planningRegional experience in the Pacific Northwest preferredWhy This Opportunity Stands OutEstablished and respected technical builder with strong Seattle presenceConsistent pipeline of negotiated and repeat-client workExposure to complex and high-profile regional projectsStrong leadership culture focused on collaboration and mentorshipClear influence over project strategy and regional growth initiativesOpportunity to play a visible role in expanding a high-performing operations group
