The selected candidate will develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and oversee financial performance. They will provide financial insights to assist in strategic decisions, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations. The Finance Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial operations and identify opportunities for improvement.QualificationsStrategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skillsProficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reportingUnderstanding of financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirementsStrong leadership abilities, team management, and collaboration skillsAdvanced knowledge of financial software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is a plus5+ years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within the consumer goods or sustainability sectorExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
