Director of FinanceOur client is a highly respected industrial manufacturer. They’re looking for an experienced Finance Leader.This is an onsite role. Relocation assistance is available.You’ll play a key role in developing strategy and direction for the business to support growth and deliver strong business results. This supports operations and executive leadership in driving profitability, cost control, and sound decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong business acumen, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.Lead FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Own controllership and accounting oversight.Partner with operations and leadership to challenge assumptions and drive decisions.Support costing, margin analysis, and overall business performance improvement.Familiar with ERP/MRP implementation and adoption.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or similar10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing settingExperience leading teamsStrong financial, accounting, and business partnering skillsExperience with percentage-of-completion accounting
