HR/Finance Coordinator Knowledge: Personnel, Administrative and Human Resources: Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Administration and Management – Knowledge of business management principles. Tasks · Attend all Human Resources Training. · Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, employee benefits, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion. · Maintain current knowledge of required state, local and federal employment regulations to include; Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) along with others. · Analyze training needs to design employee development, and health and safety programs. · Plan, organize, direct, or coordinate the personnel, training or labor relations activities of an organization. · Interview Job applicants coordinating efforts with appropriate management through selection process making hiring recommendations when appropriate. · Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. · Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed. · Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process. · Keep all Employee Files organized and up to date. · Utilize Paychex Payroll software to keep track of all employees paid time off & work schedules · Process PayPal Payroll payments for TONE & Compass Department · Assist with various administrative tasks within the Finance office per direction of the Chief Operating Officer & Director of Finance Job Type: Full Time Salary: Benefits: · 4 Day work week · 401(k) Matching · Dental Insurance · Flexible Schedule · Health Insurance · Life Insurance · Paid Time Off · Parental Leave · Retirement plan · Vision Insurance Work Location: · One location Work Remotely: · TBD at a later date Work Location: In Person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: Associate (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
