Workday Solution Architect Manager

Overview As a Workday Solution Architect Manager at Accenture, you lead design and delivery of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance solutions for large enterprises. You collaborate with sales, delivery, and SMEs to craft compelling, scalable architectures that align with client objectives and industry best practices. You drive solution governance and ensure pricing and staffing are aligned with pursuit goals, while promoting standards across teams. This role combines technical leadership with pre-sales and deal shaping in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment.
