We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who can bring their expertise in both program management and Data Analytics to the table. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesSupport Program Delivery Lead in managing end-to-end programs, from initiation to completion. Document project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to document program requirements and develop timelines. Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights & implications and make strategic recommendations, and clearly communicate complex analysis. Host Scum/ planning meetings with team to track progress, identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure financial objectives are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members on Project Management practices. Required Skills3+ years of experience in Program Management & Data Analysis. Strong knowledge of Data Analytics & AI/ML concepts, technologies, and methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience managing projects involving strategy, execution and integration. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with project management tools and software.
