Job Title Advisor, Production Planning Job Description Production Planning Advisor The Role Entegris is currently seeking a Production Planning Advisor to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This position will be at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility. What You'll Do: Review material availability and release work orders ready for kitting. Coordinate replenishment activities with procurement. Support production with part shortages. Manage work order material and approve returns of unusedcomponents. Update open work orders with any configuration changes. Confirm all openSTO(stock to order) work orders in the system and deliver tologistics. Work with Planners III or higher, Warehouse Manager and procurement, to update and maintain Kanban/safety stock inventory levels based upon supply/demand analysis. Analyze work order variance and close work orders after system completion. Escalate financial bearing discrepancies to Planner III or higher. Follow all Entegris planning policies and procedures. Any other duties as assigned. What We Seek High school graduate or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of production planning/scheduling methods and practices. Basicunderstanding and knowledge of ERP/MRPsystems. Must have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Assertive, collaborative and results oriented. Ability to multitask. Work cross-functionally with multiple internal partners. Experienced in using MS Excel and mining data. Why work at Entegris? Compensation: $73,000 - $79,000 range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role. Annual bonus eligibility.
