Job Title: Data Analytics Project Manager (Only on W2)Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite) Duration: 12+months contractJob SummaryA senior Data Analytics Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead Data Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data, data handling, stakeholder management, and Data Democratization. This is a supervisory-level role requiring experience managing dashboards, project funds, and enterprise data initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead Data Democratization initiatives to drive a data-driven decision-making culture at TMNA.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps.Develop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools.Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams.Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic initiatives.Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready formats.Perform data profiling and recommend quality rules to improve data quality and usability.Ensure consistency in data processes and promote best practices in data analytics.Document processes and contribute to data stewardship and governance initiatives.Create dashboards and manage project funds.Research new data sources and build insightful dashboards.Ensure understanding and adherence to data security, privacy, and cloud-based storage practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.10+ years of overall experience.7–8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, and testing tools.7–8 years of experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, and Alteryx and/or KNIME.5–6 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.Proficiency in complex SQL and Excel.7–8 years of experience researching new data sources and developing insightful dashboards.Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and cloud-based storage.Experience working on Data Democratization projects.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsData Analysis/Analytics certifications.AWS or Azure Data certifications.Experience in the automotive industry.Exposure to Python or R.
