15+ years relevant experienceindisaster response,loss reconstruction, insurance, or related field
BS or MS degree in Business, Engineering or Construction Management preferred (notrequired)
Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge ofthe disaster response market,design/engineering, direct procurement strategies and execution, constructionequipmentand materials
Excellent negotiating skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and proactive approach that is results focused
Experience implementing Lean methodologies
