Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems with minimal supervision.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new software features.• Upgrade existing software to improve performance and functionality by writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.• Lead the application of internal software deployment platforms and methodologies to automate the deployment process.• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions.What You'll Need• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.• Experience building and scaling full-stack applications using React & TypeScript, Java (Spring Boot), and/or Python.• Strong foundation in relational databases, with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL.• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps delivery practices.• Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.• Understanding of modern application architectures, cloud-native patterns, and security best practices.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $115,000 - $155,000, plus potential for a discretionary incentive award.• Comprehensive benefit program including medical and other benefits.• Opportunity to work on impactful projects for a global organization.• Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Apply via Haystack today!
