Sporadic PRN coverage. Potential for future sporadic prn coverage dates.Surgery settingEMR: EpicWill be supervised by an anesthesiologist20 surgical cases per day w/endoLevel 4 traumaPatient demographic: Peds to geriatric13000 annual volumeFully staffed OR staff2 ORs 1 endo suiteWill accept someone needing a licenseMust be experienced and comfortable working independently See PD for additional information. Orientation rate: must be 1/2 the hourly rate Prior to starting: 1. Provider must take an Epic training prior to start - can fill out waiver if they have years of experience. 2. Orientation prior to start is required Within 30 days of start: 1.
