The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated and highly organized. The applicant will support local managers and employees on daily tasks as needed.JOB DESCRIPTION:Candidates must be honest, dependable and self-motivated. At least 2 years of experience, a valid drivers license and a high school diploma or GED is required for this position. You must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to pass a background check. You must be authorized to work anywhere in the US.JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:Electrical workPlumbingMechanical (heating and cooling)Grounds and general maintenanceMulching and maintaining flower bedsLeaf removalMust know how to operate and maintain lawn equipment (leaf blowers, mowers, weed whacker)Mowing, weeding, edging and trimmingResponding to emergency requestsPerform repair of buildings and equipmentAssist with the renovation/remodeling of trailersMaintain record of scheduled servicesOn call for emergency situationsVarious others as deemed necessaryREQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:Working knowledge of office equipmentExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School degree or GEDJob Type: Full-time$19.00 - $23.00 Hourly
