Materials & Process Engineer — Advanced Composites for Aerospace

Hybron Inc. seeks a Materials & Process Engineer in El Segundo to connect materials chemistries with the process-structure-property relationships of fiber-reinforced composites.You will guide material selection, formulate changes, and develop processes for aerospace/defense applications, bridging characterization, manufacturing, and part performance. You will run material characterization (TGA, TMA, DMA, DSC, rheology) and mechanical tests, design campaigns, and diagnose root causes.
