Position: Executive Assistant to the Founder & Owner leading $60 Million Nutritional Supplements Company Location: Middlesex, New Jersey (On-site only) Status: Full-Time, In-Office (5 days per week)About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing, privately held nutritional supplements company based in Middlesex, New Jersey, with approximately $60 million in annual revenue. Our founder and owner is hands-on and actively involved in strategic direction, operations, product development, and business growth. We are seeking a highly capable and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the founder directly.Position SummaryThe Executive Assistant will serve as a critical right-hand partner to the Founder & Owner. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will manage the founder's busy schedule, handle confidential matters, coordinate high-priority projects, and occasionally support minor strategic initiatives. This is not a remote or hybrid position — daily on-site presence is required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the Founder's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and personal commitmentsAct as gatekeeper for communications, prioritizing and handling incoming calls, emails, and requestsPrepare confidential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondenceCoordinate logistics for meetings, industry events, and business travelSupport minor projects for the owner (research, vendor coordination, follow-ups, special initiatives)Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and personal informationHandle personal and business errands as neededAnticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they ariseWork closely with other members of the leadership team when requiredQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree (4-year degree) requiredMinimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a founder, CEO, or C-level executiveStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust live within a 45-minute drive of Middlesex, New Jersey (no exceptions)On-site 5 days per week — this is not a remote or hybrid rolePreferred QualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (highly valued)Experience in consumer goods, supplements, manufacturing, or distributionInterest in health, wellness, or the nutritional industryWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Health benefits, 401(k), and paid time offDirect exposure to company leadership and strategic decision-makingOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing $60M organizationDynamic, entrepreneurial work environmentTo Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you are a strong fit for this role.
