Quality Control Representative

Job Description Location:Blakeslee Air Force Recreation Area (BAFRA)108 Riverfront Road, Kure Beach, NC 28449Schedule:Primary work hours: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PMEarly prep/checkout cleaning (as needed): 10:30 AM – 11:30 AMSchedule may vary based on occupancy, same-day unit changes, and service callsMust be available on site whenever housekeeping services are being performedKey Duties:Remain on site at all times during cleaning operationsInspect units to ensure cleaning meets required standardsDirect housekeeping staff and correct issues immediatelyCommunicate with BAFRA housekeeping using the housekeeping phoneReport maintenance issues, damages, and missing itemsTrack unit completion and report delays by 2:00 PMEnsure all units are completed by 3:30 PM or re-cleaned within 24 hours if requiredOversee linen handling, supply restocking, keys, and lost-and-foundEnsure staff follow base rules and wear company-issued shirtsRequired Qualifications:Prior experience in housekeeping supervision, quality control, or facilities servicesStrong knowledge of cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and inspection proceduresProven ability to manage staff without Government supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain on-site and mobile throughout the workdayPreferred Qualifications:Experience working on government or military installationsFamiliarity with Performance Work Statements (PWS) or service contractsExperience managing time-sensitive turnover operationsPowered by JazzHRUxwpNeaR3x
