Senior Manager, Special Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join a fulfillment and logistics organization. This role will serve as the network-level owner of two interconnected operational domains, playing a pivotal part in the planning and execution of high-impact initiatives for our clients, while also advancing service offerings both in capability and execution.Responsibilities:Client-Facing Project Execution• Own and drive the successful design, oversight, and execution of client-requested projects, ensuring all operational aspects are thoroughly planned and delivered.• Engage and liaise with clients, customer experience teams, and operational teams to ensure clarity of project parameters and expectations.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all client requirements are met and any issues are promptly addressed.• Define, track, and analyze metrics related to project performance.• Develop and implement internal processes that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.Service Offering Development & Performance• Partner with clients and internal cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and continually improve service offerings.• Drive performance across key performance indicators, identifying and closing critical gaps in performance visibility.• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.• Create and maintain documentation to support change management, process improvement, and other operational needs.• Serve as a central point of contact and subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, business administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations, inventory management, and process optimization, preferably in a fulfillment or distribution environment.• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving results.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.• Experience in B2B fulfillment preferred.• Ability to travel up to 25%.
