Senior Manager, Launch OperationsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join a leading fulfillment and logistics organization. As a member of the Launch Operations team, this role will play a pivotal part in the planning and execution of high-impact, high-visibility projects and initiatives, while driving operational excellence across our fulfillment network.Responsibilities:Client Launch & Solutions• Support the analysis of client attributes and product profiles to determine effective operational solutions.• Own the successful design, execution, and oversight of client launches, ensuring all operational aspects are thoroughly planned and delivered.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all launch requirements are met and any issues are promptly addressed.• Define, track, and analyze metrics related to the onboarding of new clients.• Develop and support the implementation of new service offerings.• Train and support operations teams on new client solutions and service offerings, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization.Analysis & Reporting• Develop and implement user-friendly workflows using standard project management and collaboration tools to streamline processes.• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.On-Site Support & Leadership Development• Provide on-site support and leadership development, ensuring team members are well-trained and equipped to meet the operational challenges of each launch.• Mentor and coach team members to build leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations, inventory management, and process optimization, preferably in a fulfillment center or distribution environment.• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving results.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset; ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights using relevant analytical tools.• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software, including ERP and warehouse management systems.• Strong understanding of inventory control best practices, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.• Lean program leadership and/or certification(s) preferred.• Experience in B2B fulfillment preferred.• Ability to travel up to 25%.
