You'll be the frontline responder in treating trauma, acute illnesses, and urgent medical conditions-making an immediate impact wherever you're assigned.Key Responsibilities:Triage, assess, and treat patients in emergency situationsAdminister medications, start IVs, and assist with proceduresCollaborate with emergency physicians and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of careEducate patients and families during high-stress eventsRequirements:Active RN license (Compact license preferred)BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferredMinimum 1-2 years of recent Emergency Room experienceStrong critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and multitasking skillsAbility to stay calm and confident under pressureAt ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
