Shift Day shift 8 working hours per shift Contract guarantee: 40 hours/week Responsibilities Provide skilled home healthcare visits to patients in their homes Perform wound care (including wound vac management) Manage and maintain PleurX drains, PICC lines, nephrostomy tubes, and ostomy care Perform dressing changes and sterile procedures Conduct blood draws and venipuncture Support diabetes management care plans Manage CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients Deliver independent nursing care across varied home environments Travel to patient homes (approx. 50–75 miles/day) and document care accurately Coordinate care as needed while working independently in the field 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Different regions may incorporate alternative medicine practices into healthcare.
