Full Time Maintenance Job

JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Worker assumes responsibility for the implementation of property and equipment preventative maintenance and repairs. The Maintenance Worker monitors life safety systems and utilities and conducts all activity in compliance with all facility standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, residents and staff. The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the preventative maintenance and basic repair of the facility’s mechanical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The Maintenance Worker is expected to perform all duties with enthusiasm and a helpful, gracious attitude towards all with whom they interact.
