Therapist - Licensed

Job Description Direct Hire Position! We are looking to DIRECT HIRE Therapists to make a difference for families and children.Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapists to join the team, providing home-based therapeutic services for families. You will work closely with families through Adoption and Guardianship Support, Family Preservation Services, and Family-Centered Treatment programs. Your role will be instrumental in helping families overcome challenges, build stability, and promote safety and well-being within the home.Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):Provide structured, goal-oriented, time-limited therapy to families who need assistance in recovering from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, and neglect. Other issues may be present and may need to be addressed in the course of treatment.Qualifications:Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or marriage, and family therapy.Required to comply with licensure for the state of Indiana (Licensed or eligible for LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Indiana)Belief in the family preservation philosophy.Knowledge of family of origin/intergenerational issues.Knowledge of child and adult development and child abuse and neglect.Knowledge of community resources.Must currently reside in the state of Indiana, or be open to moving to the state of Indiana.Pay Rate: $55,000-$73,000 /year with Paid RelocationCompany DescriptionAlpha Rae Personnel is a full-service Universal Workforce Solutions and Executive Search firm with a proven track record of success.
