This role offers a remote work opportunity while ensuring you receive comprehensive training and support during your initial onboarding phase.Key ResponsibilitiesExhibit comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and solutions.Provide guidance and oversight to the workgroup, managing a shift or team effectively.Collaborate closely with inside sales representatives to foster strong customer relationships.Assist in sales forecasting and strategic planning efforts.Partner with management to establish and meet organizational goals.Address various customer inquiries and interactions with professionalism.Oversee the management of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, and delivery timelines.Process customer orders, ensuring tracking and efficient telephone support.Maintain accurate customer files and order statuses.Review orders meticulously for accuracy in pricing, part numbers, and quantities.Help generate essential sales reports to support decision-making.Provide administrative assistance to sales personnel, enhancing inside sales operations.Coordinate with sales management and operational teams.Support the preparation of proposals, price quotes, and the administration of contracts and disputes.Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries pertaining to sales and contract administration.Required SkillsA robust passion for engaging with customers and stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support operational tasks.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in business, advertising, or a related field, or a minimum of four years of additional relevant experience.A proven track record of 10+ years in customer service and/or sales support roles.Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage, as is experience within a manufacturing context.Career Growth OpportunitiesWe are dedicated to fostering professional development, providing new employees with training and ongoing support to advance their careers within our organization.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage ranging from \(24.50 to \)30.00.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401k plan with up to a 4% company match.Generous Paid Time Off policy, offering up to 144 hours annually.11 paid holidays per year.Flexible work options available post-training period.Employment Type: Full-Time
