Role Overview
We’re hiring a Performance Creative Designer who is equally strong in graphic design and video editing, and who is highly skilled in AI-powered photo creation and editing.
This role is focused on producing scroll-stopping ad creatives for client campaigns — fast turnaround, high volume, and conversion-focused.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design Facebook & Instagram ad images for client ad campaigns
Edit short-form video ads and reels (15–30 seconds)
Create and enhance images using AI tools (technicians in action, homeowner lifestyle shots, service visuals)
Perform advanced Photoshop image editing and manipulation
Rapidly produce creative variations for ad testing
Contribute new creative ideas to improve ad performance
Work closely with marketing strategy to support paid campaigns
This is a fast-paced production role, not a slow brand-design position.
AI Photo Creation Is a Core Skill (Important)
You should be comfortable:
Generating realistic AI-based photography
Editing and refining AI images to look natural and professional
Creating visuals when real photos are unavailable
Using AI to dramatically speed up production without sacrificing quality
Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Nano Banana, or similar is strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
Mid to senior-level experience in graphic design and video editing
Strong Photoshop skills (photo editing, manipulation, compositing)
Experience creating short-form video content for ads or social
Understanding of direct-response marketing and paid ads
Ability to work quickly while staying extremely organized
Experience producing creatives for client campaigns (agency experience a plus)
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
Adobe Photoshop
CapCut or Final Cut
AI image and creative tools
Figma (plus)
Meta ad creative formats (preferred)
