We are proud of our rich family heritage and strive to improve every day.Residential HVAC Technician Responsibilities:Builds positive relationships with customers and teamProvides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobsWorks with a team to install new HVAC units in residential homesCompletes required paperwork in a timely mannerMaintains organization of vehicle and company toolsFollows all Gunthers Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.Maintains a positive attitude and supports Gunthers’ Core Values and MissionCompletes any additional tasks or work required by SupervisorResidential HVAC Foreman Qualifications:4+ year in RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installs & ChangeoutsEPA and RMGA certification requiredHigh School Diploma, or GEDExceptional leadership skillsMust be professional and have exceptional communication skillsMust be able to pass a HVAC skills testExperienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming polices.
