Drive execution across the full sales cycle and partner with cross-functional teams to improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracyRequired Qualifications7-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 3-5 years in a sales management role
A people-first, performance-driven leader with a focus on coaching and developing team members
Experience with multi-stakeholder, higher-ACV SMB deals
Highly organized and data-driven, with strong forecasting discipline
Based in the Central or West time zone to support relevant customers
