We are presently in search of a dedicated, amicable, and proficient Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to become a member of our team.This position, which encompasses both administrative assistance and customer-facing interactions, is suitable for an individual who excels in these areas.Job Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:* Ensure the proper management and maintenance of executives' or teams' schedules, appointments, and meetings.* Address correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a proficient and timely manner.* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.* Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.* Assist with fundamental bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.* Coordinate office supplies and guarantee the office is well-organized and equipped.Customer Service:* Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.* Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.* Process orders, returns, and exchanges.* Maintain customer records and update information as needed.* Address any issues or concerns customers may have, offering solutions in a clear and amicable way.
