This role is hands-on and focused on building, assembling, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic panel systems used in complex machinery and equipment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required3–5 years of electrical assembly experienceStrong experience with wire harness panels preferredAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and technical specificationsResponsibilitiesAssemble or modify electrical/electronic equipment, including machines and sub-assemblies with a focus on wire harness panelsRead and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications to determine material requirements and assembly instructionsAssemble electrical/electronic systems and install components using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding equipmentAdjust, repair, or replace electrical/electronic components to correct defects and ensure compliance with specificationsDrill or tap holes in equipment for mounting control units and routing wiring or instrumentationInspect and test wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for performance and resistance; document resultsMark and tag components for inventory tracking and identificationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standardsCollaborate with leads and supervisors to plan work activities and resolve production issuesProvide guidance or explain assembly techniques to other team members as neededThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed electrical work and wants to be part of a long-term contract role with steady hours and strong project demand.
