:We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team in Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the positive reputation of Sonar Spark.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as needed.Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.Document customer interactions and update records in the system.Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
