In this role, you will own the product vision for systems that power how we get products from our distribution centers to our members' doors. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Data to build scalable, reliable, and member-centric fulfillment experiences. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations and enterprise software.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Thrive Market's logistics and fulfillment systems, including last-mile delivery, carrier integrations, warehouse management, and order routingPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies in fulfillment workflows and translate them into actionable product requirementsDevelop deep operational empathy through immersion: Regularly visit Thrive’s fulfillment centers to observe workflows firsthand, build strong relationships with operations teams, and identify real-world constraints and opportunities. Translate these insights into product solutions that are operationally viable, seamlessly integrated into fulfillment processes, and supported by effective training and change management for FC teamsLead agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budgetDevelop a deep understanding of logistics systems and processes, including third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, carrier SLAs, and fulfillment center operationsOwn and maintain key logistics platform integrations, working with external vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure system reliability and data qualityDefine success metrics and reporting frameworks to track fulfillment performance, surface anomalies, and drive continuous improvementCommunicate roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partnersAct as an internal subject matter expert for logistics technology, providing guidance to operations, finance, and business systems teams on platform capabilities and constraintsQualifications7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record delivering enterprise or operational software in e-commerce, retail, or logisticsDeep understanding of logistics and supply chain systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or last-mile delivery platformsExperience working with 3PL partners, carrier APIs, and fulfillment center operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear, executable product plansProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholdersExperience working in agile development environments with proficiency in tools such as JiraExcellent communication skills with the ability to operate across both technical and operational audiencesExperience with cloud-based SaaS logistics platforms and enterprise system integrations is a plusBelong To a Better CompanyComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability)Competitive salary (DOE) + equity401k plan9 Observed HolidaysFlexible Paid Time OffSubsidized ClassPass Membership with access to fitness classes and wellness and beauty experiencesAbility to work in our beautiful office in Playa VistaFree Thrive Market membership with exclusive employee discountCoverage for Life Coaching & Therapy Sessions on our holistic mental health and well-being platformWe're a community of more than 1 Million + members who are united by a singular belief: It should be easy to find better products, support better brands, make better choices, and build a better world in the process.At Thrive Market, we believe in building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic culture.
