The company operates an extensive international logistics and overseas warehouse network, supporting global e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery across major overseas markets.To support continued business growth in the U.S., we are hiring a senior operations professional to oversee both overseas warehouse operations and last-mile logistics performance management across North America.Position OverviewThis role will oversee two core operational directions:1. Overseas Warehouse OperationsManage and optimize multi-site third-party warehouse operations, including operational standards, warehouse efficiency, service quality, system coordination, and vendor performance management.2. Last-Mile Logistics OperationsManage the operational performance of parcel and LTL carriers across North America, ensuring stable pickup capacity, delivery timeliness, tracking compliance, and carrier quality optimization.The ideal candidate should possess strong cross-border e-commerce logistics experience, hands-on operational management capability, data-driven thinking, and excellent coordination skills with both internal teams and external service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseas Warehouse OperationsManage daily operations of multiple overseas warehouse service providers across designated regions in North AmericaIdentify operational issues onsite and drive practical solutions with measurable resultsEstablish and optimize warehouse operational SOPs, KPI systems, and performance standardsMonitor and improve warehouse capacity, cost efficiency, delivery SLA, inventory accuracy, and damage controlCoordinate system integrations and optimization projects involving OMS/WMS/control tower systemsConduct regular vendor performance reviews, negotiations, and operational assessmentsSupport onboarding and field evaluation of new warehouse partnersCollaborate with transportation teams to improve pickup efficiency and fulfillment performanceLast-Mile Logistics OperationsManage operational quality of company-owned parcel and LTL carrier accounts (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, GLS, UniUni, Pilot, Priority1, etc.)Monitor key logistics KPIs including on-time pickup, scan compliance, delivery success rate, transit SLA, cargo loss/damage, and claims handlingQuickly identify operational exceptions and coordinate resolution plansDrive continuous improvement of carrier operational performance to support business growthCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth handoff and transportation executionSupport onboarding and rollout of new carrier accounts and system integrations across warehouse sitesManage account security and carrier account governanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred (strong candidates with relevant experience may be considered)3–5+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or last-mile carrier operationsFamiliar with B2C / B2B / FBM / SFP warehouse operations and third-party logistics managementExperience managing overseas warehouses, fulfillment providers, parcel carriers, or LTL transportation vendorsStrong operational problem-solving and data analysis capabilityAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel within the U.S. as requiredFluent English communication skills in business environmentsExperience with OMS/WMS/TMS systems is highly preferredPreferred BackgroundCandidates from the following industries or companies are highly welcomed:Cross-border e-commerce logisticsOverseas warehouse operationsParcel / express delivery networksFreight forwarding & fulfillment3PL / supply chain operationsAmazon seller fulfillment ecosystemE-commerce platform logistics teamsWhy JoinFast-growing international business platformHigh-impact regional operational roleExposure to large-scale cross-border logistics networkOpportunity to drive operational transformation and vendor optimizationCompetitive compensation package and long-term development opportunity
