Salary is 140k to 180k + bonusHands-on Full Stack Engineering & Delivery Lead to drive the design, build, and delivery of modern Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance platforms. This is a highly technical leadership role where you will remain close to architecture, development, and delivery execution while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions.You will own end-to-end delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, release, and ongoing support, while ensuring strong engineering discipline and alignment with business and regulatory needs.What You'll DoLead end-to-end delivery of full stack P&C insurance applications and platformsStay hands-on in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical problem solvingBuild scalable, cloud-based systems using modern engineering practicesPartner with product, business, and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsDrive CI/CD, automation, DevOps practices, and engineering standardsMentor engineers and lead cross-functional delivery teams through executionEnvironment & Technology StackBack-end: .NET, Node.js, or equivalent enterprise frameworksFront-end: Angular, React, or Vue.jsCloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP-based architectures and deploymentsAPIs: RESTful, GraphQL, and microservices patternsData: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databasesStrong focus on scalable, distributed, cloud-native architecturesRequired QualificationsStrong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is a mustProven experience in full stack software engineering and technical delivery leadershipHands-on experience designing and building modern distributed applicationsStrong understanding of cloud, APIs, and enterprise architecture patternsExperience with CI/CD, DevOps, and agile delivery environmentsAbility to translate complex business and insurance requirements into scalable technical solutionsExperience leading cross-functional engineering teams
