As a Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) Consulting Intern at Avanade, you’ll support client facing teams that help organizations design, deliver, and optimize customer centric, AI enabled experiences. This internship is designed for students pursuing a Marketing or business-related degree who are interested in applying their knowledge on the consulting side, working at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and data.You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how modern organizations use Microsoft technologies, AI (including Copilot), and data to improve customer engagement, decision-making, and experience outcomes—while learning the fundamentals of technology consulting.At Avanade, we believe great customer experiences are built where human insight, technology, and innovation come together.What You’ll DoWith guidance and mentorship from experienced consultants, you will:Support Dynamics 365 CE consulting teams working on customer experience, marketing, and engagement initiativesAssist in analyzing customer data and insights using databases, dashboards, and analytical toolsContribute to experience assessments, journey mapping, and insight generation to identify improvement opportunitiesSupport the use of AI powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to enhance content creation, insights, and productivityHelp translate marketing and customer needs into structured problem statements and solution recommendationsAssist with preparing client facing materials, presentations, and insights that tell a clear customer storyCollaborate with Cross functional teams including Dynamics 365 CE, technology, data, and design professionalsStay current on trends in customer experience, AI, marketing technology, and Microsoft platformsCommunicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with interest in consultingAcademic standing: Junior or Senior, with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027Demonstrated interest in customer experience, digital transformation, or technology consultingFoundational IT or technical background, including exposure to:Databases or data analysis conceptsDigital tools, platforms, or analyticsExposure to or strong interest in:AI and Generative AI conceptsMicrosoft technologies, including Copilot (experience can be academic or self driven)Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in EnglishAbility to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast paced environmentPrior consulting or deep technical experience is not required.
