This role is critical in minimizing downtime, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.This opportunity is open to both mid-level and senior-level technicians, depending on experience. The team is focused on building a strong maintenance culture centered around responsiveness, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities: What You'll Be DoingTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDiagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, controls, and automated equipmentPerform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performanceRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to identify and resolve issuesRepair or replace defective components and support installation of new equipmentMaintain accurate maintenance records and communicate updates to leadershipSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiencyPartner with operations and other departments to reduce downtime and improve production flowFollow all safety protocols and actively participate in plant safety programs Required Skills & Qualifications: What We're Looking For3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (Tech II level) or 8–10+ years (Tech III level)Strong troubleshooting experience across electrical, PLC, and hydraulic systemsAbility to work independently and prioritize issues in a production environmentExperience with high and low voltage systems, drives, and control wiringComfortable working with automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipmentStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysisAbility to read schematics and technical documentation Preferred Experience (Varies by Level)Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics experienceExposure to CNC equipment, fabrication, or machining environmentsExperience with vibration analysis, NDT, or other predictive maintenance toolsPrior experience mentoring junior technicians or leading maintenance efforts What Sets This Role ApartOpportunity to step into a highly visible role that directly impacts plant performanceStrong team environment with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvementFlexibility in leveling based on experience, with room for growth and advancementCompensation & ScheduleCompensation is hourly and will be aligned based on experience and level, with Maintenance Technician II roles typically in the $37–$40/hour range and Technician III roles in the $41–$45/hour range.This facility operates in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. The standard shift is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating weekend coverage required. When weekend work is scheduled, technicians are typically given a weekday off within the same week to balance schedules.Additional compensation highlights include premium pay for Sunday hours (double time) and eligibility for a monthly incentive bonus plan based on performance
