Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4, Food to lead our dining operations at Fort Hudson Nursing Center, a skilled care and independent living facility serving approximately 280 residents. Fort Hudson is located along the Hudson River in Washington County, Fort Edward, New York, which offers a blend of historic significance, scenic beauty, and small-town charm. Located just 20 to 25 minutes from both Lake George and Saratoga Springs, Fort Hudson.What You'll Dohave oversight of daily dining operations (decentralized dining, dining room service, adult day care and PACE program);deliver high-quality food service;achieve company and client financial targets and goals (fee account);develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;develop strategic plans;create a positive environment; andensure Sodexo Standards are met.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
