Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the store with attention to detail and efficiency
Manage resources including staff recruitment, training, and appraisal
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints with care
Maintain financial records, budgets, and sales targets to maximize profitability
Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management for store improvements
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
