We provide full training to help our Technicians restore tile, grout, and natural stone like marble and granite to look like new. We’re looking for someone who has experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or floor polishing and pays great attention to detail. Being on time is important, and you need a valid driver’s license.Compensation And Benefits $250 cash bonus after training period is complete. $25/hr during training period $28-$32 per hour plus tips Bonuses for positive customer reviews (e.g., Google, Yelp) Company vehicle provided Opportunity to earn substantial tips based on excellent service Company Paid Major holidays Eligible for health benefits after 90 days of employmentThis is a full-time job. You may work alone on smaller projects or with a team on bigger jobs. The work week is five days with occasional Saturday shifts. The job mostly involves indoor work in homes, but sometimes you'll work in businesses.Qualifications And Attributes Experience with cleaning and maintaining tile, grout, and natural stone is preferred Experience with caulking is a plus Skilled in detailed cleaning and maintenance for homes and businesses Friendly and good at building relationships with customers Dedicated to providing high-quality service with attention to detail Must be punctual and reliable Should work with a sense of urgency and manage time well Experience as a Maid, Housekeeper, Custodian, or similar is a plus Veterans, reservists, and family members of service members are encouraged to applyPhysical Requirements Frequent simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and exerting up to 20 pounds of force Occasionally bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and walking on uneven surfaces Ability to work outdoors and climb stairs in different weather conditionsWe are an equal-opportunity employer, and we value a respectful and safe workplace.
