Through a focus on economic analysis, project scope definition, and quality assurance, H2L ensures the successful fulfillment of client objectives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area for an Executive Assistant/Controller. The role involves supporting executive leadership through calendar management, correspondence handling, and task prioritization. It also includes responsibilities in financial oversight, such as budget management, invoice processing, payroll administration, and financial reporting. Additional duties include organizing meetings, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and deadlines.QualificationsAdministrative skills: Calendar management, email correspondence, scheduling, and task prioritizationFinancial management skills: Budgeting, invoice processing, payroll administration, and preparation of financial statements and reportsOrganizational skills: Document management, report generation, and meeting preparationProficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersProblem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of engineering or project management environments is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredExperience working in a similar administrative or financial role is highly desirable
