Senior Data Analyst

Provide data and analytical technical expertise to support Resource Management Plan submission, monitoring, and analysis. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of federal financial and personnel data systems (FBIS, UFMS, EHCM). Develop and present findings, analysis, reports, and other work products using appropriate visualization techniques. Ensure work products are accessible, documented, and maintain a coherent record of past work. Collaborate with internal and external customers, acting as a point of contact for assigned program offices.What You'll Need Minimum 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, operations support, data coordination, or similar functions. Minimum 3+ years of experience working in federal government or federal contracting environments. Experience with data platforms, data entry systems, or analytics tools; exposure to Palantir/Foundry, FBIS, UFMS, EHCM is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, resource, and personnel data. Basic familiarity with programming concepts (Python, SQL, or similar preferred).
